IR Service User Requirements

The AssetWise Information Integrity Server components, as described in Comments Tracking with Connect Issues Resolution Engine and Web Service, requires the configuration of an AssetWise Information Integrity Server user for the IR to CT service to "Run As". The user created for this purpose must have all skills assigned to it that are part of the Comments Tracking workflow being used for Issue Resolution integration. Skills are assigned to a user in AssetWise Director. For more information, see AssetWise Director Help.

This user must also have the same permission roles as the users who are performing actions on the Comments Tracking Issue Resolution workflow. In addition, the service users should also have System Admin level permissions. If this is not possible in your particular environment, the following minimum permissions need to be provided:
  • Data Maintenance
  • "Grade 0A" Security
  • "Grade B" Security
  • Elevated Permissions – Documents
  • New Object Instances – Document
  • New Object Instances – Document Copy
  • New Object Instances – Relationship
  • New Object Instances – SurveyInstance
  • New Object Instances – Task
